VIIC/C41 with deck gun and Turm IV?

Hi folks,

I am looking for any evidence that a Type VIIC or VIIC-41 carried a deck gun in addition to a Turm IV, especially with a 2cm 38/43 quad mount. I am scratchbuilding a model of a Type VIIC in a 1943-44 configuration, and would like to add the deck gun in addition to the Wintergarten. I know of a couple of 8th and 5th Flotilla boats that retained the deck gun with the Turm IV and 37mm, but I do not know if the quad 20/deck gun configuration ever existed. If anyone has ever seen a photo of any Type VIIC/C41 in this configuration, or has some kind of written record, I would be very grateful. All I need to know is that it existed on a VIIC/C41. An actual U-boat number would make it even nicer.
