Tiefenmesser

My work was throwing away some big weight gauges (Martin / Decker 3000 lb gauges, 14" Diameter, 3" thick) I picked one up because they reminded me of the U-boot Tiefenmesser. I'm thinking about printing up a faceplate to create a display Tiefenmesser for my den Can anyone tell me the diameter of the actual Tiefenmesser? and can anyone point me to a link or good photo of the gauge faceplate?
