Need opinions on these U-Boat references

I would appreciate opinions on the following 3 books:
Das Boot: The German U-boat in History and Diorama – Andrea Press

German U-Boat Type XXI by Siegfried Breyer, Schiffer Pub.

German U-Boat Type VII - Grey Wolves of the Sea by Heinz Nowarra, Schiffer Pub.

Are they worth purchasing? Do they provide any value to the U-boat modeller?
