Monogram's OOP IX kit

Dear Friends,
I have already committed myself to building Revell's u-99, rehabilitating it to the historical specifications of another VII B: u-48. But I noticed on ebay a couple of monogram IX B kits are posted. And I am wondering whether or not these now deleted items were actually of any quality, thouhg the red-hull line on the box should serve as an immediate warning.
