I have painted several parts and figures which I am going to place on the conning tower of my 32nd parallel type VII and needed to know what to coat these items with to keep the water from damaging the paint. I already coated them with laquer dullcoat...will this be enought of a shell coating to keep the water from wearing off the paint?
