I don´t know whether they are accurate enough for you but anyway you can find these plans in the book "Type VII U-Boat" by David Westwood (Anatomy of the ships series) page 91.
It includes 5 drawings:
Elevation (1/50 scale)
Plan view (1/50 scale)
Front view(1/50 scale)
General view(no scale)
Gunsight detail(no scale)
It is included in the books list of this site
