Heller's 1/400 Type VII (could be built as C or C/41 optionally), Nichimo's type IXB (U-107) and IXC/40 (U-511).
Academy also has a Type IX kit, as I've heard it is rather a toy than a model, just like the Doyusha Type VII kit. Both can be motorized. I've got that Doyusha kit too,
terrible.
