I think I rather bought from these authors the Vom Original zum Modell: Uboottyp IXC book. Published by Bernard & Graefe Verlag, ISBN 3-7637-6005-9.
This book contains several plans (I think the same as the Planrolle, only in smaller scale) and many original interior and exterior photographs of these ships, including U-505.
