Type XIC/40 or Type VIIC/42

Hi all! Want to build a model kit of a Type XIC/40 or a Type VIIC/42 u-boat.
Looking for a kit with great detail and size. Would like for it to be at least
24\" to 30\" long.Extended Wintergarten with flak guns and schnorkel detail.
Don\'t have any ideal what scale this would be,but any help would be great.
Also I don\'t know where to find such a kit,and how much money would be
fair price.I\'ve been reading this fourm and you guys seem to know your
u-boats. Any help would be great! Thanks for your time. Russ
