Apologies for repeat, but no luck so far with response

Has anyone built the old Model Maker Plans Service Type IX U-boat for Radio Control designed by P. Russell ?

What Mark of Type IX is it, and can a U- number be assigned
to this boat ?

From expert advice, it seems that it has actually a late Type VII-conning tower, and of course, only one rudder, which is modellers licence

I really must sort this out and get on with the rest of my Life !

Any help welcome
