Focke-Achegelis Fa 330A-1

Its a bird, its a plane, its the Bachstelze. I have been reading the book "U-Boat Far From Home'' by David Stevens and they touched on the water tight compartment behind the tower that stored the Bachstelze in U-863 a type IX boat.
This of course made me go hunting for more information about this thing. I was shocked over the amount of hits I found on the net, most in German. They even have a prize winning model of this thing for all of you model fans. Any how two sites I liked:
