AA armament fit

Are there any records that exists as to which AA fit including the 88/105mm guns were fitted to which boats when. For example
I understand the first 20mm quad was fitted in May 1943.

What I am looking for is knowing the precise fit for each boat.
Is this a U-boat museum job/question?
