If you go to the main Books page (http://www.uboat.net/books/) and type "Mediterranean" into the Bookfinder on the left side of the page, a list of books including this keyword will come up. There are a few in English about naval warfare in general in the Med, which probably cover U-boat operations (haven't read them myself).
