This was called PROJECT TEST STAND XII and was to consist of a type XXI U-boat towing a V-1 rocket in a water tight container that when flooded into an upright position would act as a launching platform. But no rockets were ever fired in this fashion as this project came too late in the war,at wars end only @ 3 containers were ready for towing tests.
