Submarine warfare handbook

Hi,
Where could i find information about tactics & patroling, for
subs, attacking convoys, hide, etc like handbook for subrine warfare.
i think is not easy to sink all ship´s in a medium/big convoy when there
is destroyers etc protecting it. i know it´s goes like this :
1. Seek & Locate Enemy Targets.
2. move to good fireing position (undetected).
3. FIRE !
4. sneak hell out there and try think where convoy is in few hours or more ?
