E-Boats Attacked

Hiya everybody.

Just after D-Day, HMS Pennywort was within the area of Ouistreham, when she encountered E-Boats.
In a note book I have it reads........"Ouistreham..Trounce E-Boats 25M E Too easy." Does anyone know of such an attack? Were the E-Boats successful??
The only other thing I know for certain is this happened before the Polish Cruiser Dragon was hit on the 9th June.
