Hello all,
Came across this article at www.thisisplymouth.co.uk
(Type, u-boats, into the search.)

6th August, 2004.
Warship Memorial:
A service to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the
loss of a Canadian ship off the Cornish coast during
WW2 will be held this weekend.
HMCS Regina was sunk by a German U-boat off
Trevose Head on August 8, 1944.
Although 49 survivors were rescued from the sea,
30 other crew members died.
Only 3 bodies were recovered, they are buried in the
graveyard at Poundstock Church, near Bude,
where the commemoration service
takes place on Sunday morning.

Regards, Vin.
