Many people have asked if they can find long last ship mates on this forum. I don't think this is the place to ask because generally none of these people asking these questions recieves a responce. The best I can suggest is to go onto the net and find some site with old sailors shouting out a "Hello" I have found many sites with long lost sailors searching for shipmates however, many of the sites I have come across are sailors who served on ships during the height of the Cold War.
