I hope someone can easily provide the information you are looking for. However, an alternative is to consult The National Archives (TNA) at Kew outside London. My own naval history research has often lead me to use documents from TNA. From the TNA web site, you can search for appropriate files but will need a contact in London or a professional researcher to actually check the documents for you. As I live in the United States, I have had to use both London area contacts and professional researchers to check files that I identified through catalog searches. Admiralty files have the prefix ADM, Foreign Office files FO, and Cabinet Office files CAB. Using these prefixes in combination with other words as search terms might help you limit the number of files that result from the catalog searches. Good luck!
