I am enquiring about my grandfather Kenneth Edwin Richards DOB October 9, 1917. My father Art B. Richards passed away on December 23, 2013 and never knew his biological father. Do you know if Officer Kenneth Edwin Richards ever docked off the coast of Jamaica between 1941-1945? Any feedback or photos would be greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to piece together my family tree.
