I can't help with your question but my grandad was a radio officer on Letitia from April 42 until the end of the war. I have the ship's movement cards for the whole of that period (from the National Archive - we needed them to claim his medals).

There is a short book called 'Troopship' that is largely about Letitia - if you haven't already seen it you might find it interesting as it refers the the Master a number of times.
