Does anyone know the location of my fathers ship, HMT GAIRSAY. Sunk on 4th August 1944 off the Normandy beaches. My father, signalman Norman Coupe, was lost on the ship.

I am sailing in the area soon and would like to pay my respects at or near the site.

Any help would be much appreciated.
