Hi everyone I am sorry if I have this in the wrong section

But I have a clock that I would like to ask for some help with.
I am planning on selling this clock but I would like to know if anyone here could tell me more about this clock, I would like to know if the number on the clock means it is older the lower the numbers on the face. I know what the M stands for but please is there anyway of tracking the ship that this came from ?
