RESUPPYING IN SPANISH WATERS

<HTML>I need to obtain information about this subject.
I think that many german u-boats were refueling in spanish waters in their transit to the Mediterranean. I read also that the direcion of this resupplyin operations in Spain was given to Canaris, later almiral and chief of german Secret Service.
I would be grateful for further notices at this respect.
