HELP SOUGHT !! any info on WW1 Uboat Captain Laislaus Csicsery von Csicser SOUGHT !!

<HTML>Well it seems iam up against the preverbial brick wall with this one ! A chance purchase of a beautiful named Austrian Uboat commanders badge dating from the great war seems to have started me off on a trail of discovery...i hope !
The badge was named in script on the back to Kommandaten Ladislaus Csicsery von Csicser.
I have confirmed his existance on the KuK kriegsmarine lists. As to his Uboat, its history anything else iam in the dark about .
I need help ,any info pataining to this Uboat Captain would be greatly appreciated .
