Q ships engagements

I want to complete the numerals of several U Boots who were involved in engagements with Q ships, and mentioned by Keble Chatterton in the excellent book "Q Ships and their History")

The engagements in which I can not identify the atacking submarine are:

15th April 1916 with Q ship "Farnborought"
20th October 1916 with Q ship "Salvia"
29th November 1916 with Q ship "Penshurst"
9th June 1917 with Q ship "Helgoland"
20th June 1917 with Q ship "Salvia"
20th June 1917 with Q ship "Mary B. MItchell"
10th July 1917 with Q ship "Glen"
3th August 1917 with Q ship "Mary B. Mitchell"

Any help will be appreciated.
