King Edward VII class BBs

Reading British BBs 1889-1904 by Burt and a couple of KEVII class BBs supposedly had encounters with U-Boats but doesn't give U-Boat names.

HMS Zealandia (ex New Zealand) allegedly rammed a U-Boat in the North Sea on 10 September 1914.

A U-Boat unsuccessfully attacked HMS Dominion in May 1916.

Does anybody know if these incidents were real or just one of the many false sightings that happened? If real, does anybody know which U-Boats were involved?
