U-boots in Zeebrugge (bis)

Hello,

Last December I putted some questions on this forum,such as :
1. how many u-boot were based in Bruges (or Zeebrugge and/or Ostend) in 1914 - 1915 - 1916 - 1917 and 1918 ?
2. How many were part of the 1st and 2de "Flandern Flottille" and how many were lost ?

A certain Deryck Swetnam answered me kindly that he could forward me info’s about it; but since then I got no reaction from him.
Does anybody get in touch with him or could give me his (perso)e-mail adress?
