U-64's Moraht?

Hi folks,
I'm not sure if anyone would know about this, but I was reading about the siege and surrender of Tsingtau and came across an *Oberleutnant z.S* Kurt Moraht, born in April of 1886, crew of 1902.

He served as a watch officer aboard the *Cormoran*, was interned in Guam with the fall of Tsingtau, formally captured as a PoW with America's entering the war in April of 1917, and died at Fort MacPherson, Georgia, in December of 1918.

I couldn't find a birthplace for Kurt, but I was wondering if he was maybe a younger brother of Robert Moraht, born in September of 1884, crew of 1901, commander of *U-64*. The ages would fit, and both entered the Navy unusually young compared to their cadet classmates. Also, Moraht and his wife named their second son, born in 1921, Kurt.

Does anyone who's possibly read more into the naval archives than I have know the answer?
