Hello,
i search for more datails about the loss of the Port Santo.
The ship is built 1886 as Ellesmere,
in 1898 german Schiffbek,
in 1916 take by Portugal and ren. Santa Maria,
same year ren. Port Santo.
Ship have 2708 GRT.
Date of loss is 4.SEP.1918
Some sources say destroyed by a fire, other sources
say torpedoed by a german subarine (which?)?
thanks in advance and best regards
