Uboat Quadratkarte

does anybody have a conversion method to convert Uboat Quadratkarte grid map positions into Lat and and Long positions,preferably WGS84. I note there is a small program for WW2 area positions ,but it does not translate to the WW1 method of chart presentation. Any information regarding this topic would be appreciated.
