U118 Wood Interior

There were several items for sale recently that were claimed to be from U118 from when it was broken up at Hastings. I managed to obtain a wooden tea tray that has a triangular inlaid pattern. There is also a wooden edge/rim around the panel. The base is ca. 1 cm thick and is made from a wooden board with plywood lining top and bottom and the marequetry triangles on top. The rear has U118 1918 1919 carved roughly in the back.

It looks like a piece from a ship and possibly cut from a desk or table.

It was claimed to be wood from the captains cabin of U118.

I have been looking at the UE11 plans and the Kommandant did have a separate cabin with desk and bunk.

Are there any pictures of the officers areas on a UE11 U boot ?

Thank you for any assistance.
Brian
