U-33 'Kill Flag' for sale on eBay

Hi all,
Saw this on eBay, and wanted to hear people's thoughts about it:
Item number: 150466881391
Would make a fine additions to someone's collection, assuming it is authentic and worth what is being asked. I am more interested in the oil painting currently up for sale of the TSS California, sunk by U-85 but I'm priced out of that auction too.
