Sure, it's been published. It's in Spindler and, for British ships, in "British Vessels Lost at Sea 1914-18" and, by extension, in Tennent's "British Merchant Ships sunk by U-boats in the 1914-1918 war."

I'm slowly adding in information on how ships were sunk or damaged but the main focus at the moment is still tracing ships -- trying to determine when and where built, and owner when sunk. With 7,000+ vessels in the databse, it's a slow process...
