UC-21 and UB 18 : crew lists

Hello,
For the periods of time : UC-21 around 18 march 1917 and UB-18 around 13 September 1916, could somebody tell me :
1. If there was a photograph embedded on board of (one of) this 2 U-boats, if yes, what was his name ?
2. And/or if there was a complement named : BRUSSELLE ARTHUR mentioned on the crew-lists of those subs for those patrols ?
