Article about type UB-II

New question regarding type UB-II...does anyone know where to get ahold of the article "Deutsche Unterseeboote fur Kustengewasser?"(German U-Boats for Coastal Waters)
It was apparently part of a journal entitled "Schiffbau" published in 1919 and the author is Friedrich Scheurer.
Several WWI U-Boat books and articles that I have found cite this particular article as a reference but I cannot seem to find it anywhere.
Any help is much appreciated. I believe there may be two versions of the article, one for UB boats and one covering UC boats.
