HMS Partridge II and sinking of U-64

I noticed that U-boat.net no longer references the HMS Partridge II involvement in the sinking of U-64 on 17 June 1918. I have seen several accounts of the Partridge II and HMS Lychnis both attacking the submarine after its failed attack on the HMT Manitou and torpedoing of the former German merchant Kandy. Have new documents come to light that justify giving all the credit to the Lychnis?

I know that Commander Cyril John Laugham Noakes of the Lychnis received the D.S.O.for the action, but some accounts have the Partridge II ramming the U-64 after surfacing following the Lychnis depth charge attack.
