Cap Badges

<HTML>Hello Everyone,
When a crewman was transferred to another U-boat,did he turn in his cap badge or was he allowed to keep it as a rememberance of service on that particular boat? Has anyone seen photos of someone wearing two cap badges? Just wondering.
