<HTML>Hi all!
Can anyone provide me the information about which German u-boats were sunk by the four-mast 2.500 ton sailer (sailing yacht) named Hussar, later Sea Cloud, WW2 military code name IX-99. Sailer was built in year 1931 by the Germania Werft Kiel.
Before the 2nd World war this sailer was at anchor at Leningrad and did his job as an American embasy. Now it is fully restored to its original condition and sails around the globe. In autumn 2001 it was seen in northern Adriatic en route to Pula. Details can be found at www.seacloud.com
