zwei obersteurmanner ???

I am carrying out a U crew analysis for a forthcoming book. I decided to look at the crew of U 1302. It appeared that the boat was officered by just 1 Kplt and 1 seeoffiziere plus a very young m Ing. I could find no other officers listed. This boat does however have two obstmn listed at the time of its loss.

I wonder if the doubling of the obstmn was because of the shortage of line officers at this stage of the war ???

Or have I misread my material.............
