A dear friend is trying to find out what happened to her father. He was killed somewhere in eastern Europe in the early summer 1941 while serving in the Wehrmacht. She is looking for an official website that she can access the information. I apologize up front for this off topic request but I have been unable to locate any official website that would provide information on the status wehrmacht personnel killed or missing in action. Thanks for any help.
