U-168's fate

I just finished a long phone call with a wreck diver whose friend claims to have dived the U-168. The person involved claimed to gain entry to the control room and to have found an air cavity. He claims the remains of the captain (Pich) was found clutching a bible and a pistol. He blew his brains out.

He died a lonely death so I wish to record how it is said he was found so that it brings some peace to his soul.

The diver vowed never to enter that wreck again.
