Areas L and P off Brest

Hi,

Does anyone know where the areas L and P are off the Atlantic Coast - presumably within range of Brest. Both 5./196 and 1./906 were told to stay out of those areas on 21.9.41 and I presume it was because of inbound U-boats and the possibility of confusion by aircrew. Unfortunately there are no indications of were these areas are. Does anyone know?
