Today's British Daily Telegraph prints an interesting illustrated article on the surrender of the remnant U-boat fleet to Loch Eriboll, Sutherland, Scotland in May 1945. U-1231 and U-532 are pictured together with Otto-Heinrich Junker on the bridge of U-532 after arrest.

Go to www.telegraph.co.uk and search 'Eriboll'.

The article also refers to a forthcoming book on the Loch Eriboll surrenders.

THE GREY WOLVES OF ERIBOLL is due for publication next May/June and can be ordered in advance from Whittles Publishing, Dunbeath, Caithness, U.K. KW6 6EY. tel +44 (0)1593 731333 e-mail info@whittlespublishing.com. [moo.whittlespublishing.com]
