FOUND PURPLE HEART FROM A MEMBER OF 52C USNR

hi my name is shawn heckman. my family and i were going cleaning out my grandmothers house when we came across a purple heart from a solder that we don't know. His name was JOSEPH HEFTY on the purple heart it says joseph hefty 52c usnr.was hopeing that we could find a family member that we could locate to be able to send them the purple heart. if anyone has anything that might help to resolve this we would appriciated it. thanks.
