does anyone know what these ranks mean

Is there anyone that can tell me what these ranks mean MTROGFR and OGFR I have researched family members that died at sea in WWII and would love to know more one was lost on the Uboat u740 and one on the Bismarck any help would be greatly apperciated, trying to find my German family and reletives, any help can be directed to my email travelsurfer1965@aol.com Thanks
