U-boat's still in pen in Germany?

Hi all,

I remember seeing years ago a picture of possibly two u-boat wrecks still in a pen/shipyard in Germany. I believe the picture itself was taken in the late 80's/early 90's but they were entombed.

Anyone know what there fate was? Are they still there?
