Greetings one and all and Happy New Year!!!!
I am curious to know if any of the undamaged U-Boats (that sank from foundering) have ever been dived??? My interest is primarily in U-637, U-539, U-778, U-994 and U-1005.It is my beliefe that one of these undamaged boats could be a great investment opportunity to raise and display a U-Boat fully intact.
Also, I have read conflicting accounts that the US NAvy actually sank several U-Boats off California.
Thoughts????
