This boat is generally listed as having undertaken four patrols. regarding her last patrol under German control to Japan [Lorient to Kure], I wonder if it should be divided into two. She sailed 10.05.43 but first arrived at Penang on 16.07.43, where she underwent some repair work and re-supply provisions, fuel e.t.c before re-sailing after eight days on 24.07.43 taking fifteen days to arrive at Kure.
