U-boat in Poughkeepsie..

Hi..Looking for info about a u-boat that is in Poughkeepsie, New York..It is docked near the old Effron oil tanks..It sank at the dock and only the bow was visable......I was told that it was a u-boat..Anyone with info?..Thanks..Buwammi..
